Coordinate building services before the finishes go in.
Lighting, power, plumbing, heating and ventilation affect layouts, ceiling details, equipment positions and the order of work. Early coordination helps avoid opening completed finishes to accommodate a missed connection.
Wilo coordinates the relevant specialist partners within the wider fit out. Existing information, the intended use and any necessary investigations define the scope. Testing, commissioning and handover documents are agreed with the responsible specialists.

Before you appoint a contractor
Can you coordinate services within a complete fit out?
Yes. We sequence the specialist works with joinery, building work and finishes, with responsibilities and handover requirements set out in the project scope.
Will existing services always need replacing?
No. The suitability and condition of existing systems need assessment. The quotation should distinguish retained systems, alterations, replacements and any work subject to further investigation.
