Michael leads client relationships, estimating, design coordination, commercial decisions and project delivery. His practical background in joinery, fitted interiors and installation keeps buildability and finish central to every brief.
Director
Keeley oversees accounts, administration, payroll, planning and human resources. She also supports project management and coordinates the client journey from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Kieran has more than a decade of experience installing bespoke joinery and fitted interior products. He is responsible for maintaining Wilo’s installation standards across commercial projects, with close attention to accuracy, finish and final presentation.

Jason supports Wilo’s commercial fit out delivery across the Midlands. His wider experience includes work delivered for major organisations and demanding operational environments.

Fire and Security Partner
Rik brings more than twenty years of fire and security experience. He currently leads an operation of more than twenty five engineers supporting hundreds of commercial businesses and oversees Wilo’s specialist fire and security delivery.
Electrical Installation Partner
Phil has worked alongside Michael throughout his career and oversees electrical installation across Wilo projects, supporting technical planning, coordination, installation and completion.
Bespoke Manufacturing Partner
Tom and Michael have worked in partnership for more than ten years, delivering high quality bespoke manufacturing for kitchen and commercial interior projects. Tom now leads the manufacturing operation, allowing Michael to concentrate on client and project delivery.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Procurement Director
Stuart oversees purchasing and supplier relationships. With more than thirty five years of experience developing construction supply relationships, he helps secure reliable products, dependable service and favourable commercial terms.
DOMESTIC INTERIORS
Domestic Design and Sales Director
Lee leads design and sales for Wilo’s domestic interiors division. He oversees more than three fully fitted interior projects each week, including kitchens, bedrooms and bespoke fitted furniture.
Domestic Installations Director
Steven is responsible for project managing Wilo’s domestic installations. He coordinates the installation process and oversees hundreds of bespoke interior projects each year.
