What does a commercial fit out include?
A fit out can include surveys, space planning, strip out, partitions, mechanical and electrical works, flooring, decoration, bespoke joinery, furniture installation and final handover. Wilo can coordinate the complete scope or a defined package.
Can Wilo work in an occupied care home or commercial building?
Yes. We plan the sequence, access and working areas around the live operation. The practical requirements vary by site, so phasing and disruption controls are agreed during planning.
Do you offer design and build?
Yes. Wilo works closely with I Design Interiors to combine specialist interior design with practical construction, bespoke manufacture and installation.
Where do you undertake projects?
Wilo is based in Nottinghamshire and serves the Midlands, with suitable commercial projects delivered across the UK.
Can you provide ongoing maintenance after the fit out?
Yes. Planned and reactive facilities support can be discussed as part of handover, giving clients continuity after the main project is complete.
