Refurbishment planned around residents and care teams.
We work with care home owners, operators, facilities managers, property teams and project managers, from a defined joinery package to a wider interior refurbishment. Care home interiors need a comfortable, welcoming character alongside practical storage, maintainable surfaces and reliable everyday operation. Our team’s experience covers complete fit outs, resident bedrooms, reception desks and communal joinery across several homes.
We discuss the programme with the operator before work starts. Resident routines, protected routes, deliveries, noise and the sequence of room handovers all influence the plan. Each site needs its own arrangements even within a repeat programme.

Before you appoint a contractor
Can residents remain in the building during refurbishment?
This can be possible with suitable phasing and site specific controls agreed with the operator. We review access, separation, noise and handover arrangements before committing to a programme.
Can you coordinate repeat work across several care homes?
Yes. Our project portfolio includes team experience across multiple care homes. We agree repeat details while checking the requirements and constraints of each location.
