No. A location, photographs and a short description of the rooms or fitted furniture can start the conversation. Drawings and specifications can follow where they are available.
Can a first brief cover several homes?
Yes. Identify the homes, repeat elements and likely sequence. Each site still needs its own access, occupancy and handover information before a programme is agreed.
Can work be discussed for an occupied care home?
Yes. The first discussion should identify resident routines, protected routes, noisy work, deliveries and the areas available for separation. Site specific controls are agreed before committing to delivery.
