SCOPE OF WORKS
Purpose made furniture, from survey to installation.
Commercial joinery has to do more than look good. Reception desks need working space, power and storage. Serveries need practical service points. Bedroom furniture needs to make good use of the room and withstand regular use.
We develop the detail around the brief, coordinate manufacture with our established manufacturing partner and plan the installation alongside other trades. Materials, dimensions, equipment positions and access are resolved before manufacture.

- What the furniture must accommodate, including equipment and storage

- Preferred appearance, materials and cleaning requirements
- Installation access, site location and required completion date

PLANNING AND DELIVERY
Make the important decisions early.
We agree a scope that identifies our work, any client supplied items and the responsibilities of other specialists. Access, working hours, approvals and lead times then inform the programme.
Your quotation sets out the assumptions and exclusions. If the scope changes, we discuss the effect on cost and timing before proceeding.

Before you appoint a contractor
Can you manufacture from our designer’s drawings?
Yes. We can review supplied drawings, confirm site dimensions and develop manufacturing details. Responsibility for final design approval is agreed before production.
Can bespoke joinery be a standalone package?
Yes. Reception desks, serveries, fitted storage and other defined joinery packages can be delivered independently or within a complete Wilo fit out.
