A FRESH PAIR OF EYES. A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP.
First Impressions & Refurbishment Review
For care providers considering investment in their arrival and shared spaces, especially where the surroundings no longer reflect the quality of care. We look at what a visitor notices in the first 90 seconds, then use the full 90 minute review to explore how the space works for families, residents and staff.
Findings, priorities and initial design direction, with opportunities linked to genuine needs and practical considerations.
Talk through the findings, decide what merits investment and discuss whether a Wilo project is the useful next step.

Optional · separate agreement
The review provides initial direction. Detailed surveys, measured design, specifications, pricing and project delivery are separately scoped and agreed. The review is not a compliance audit or a firm quotation.
DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION
The right improvements for your home.
Bespoke reception desks
Create a clear, welcoming point of arrival with joinery shaped around staff workflow, storage and visitor access.
Bistro and coffee areas
Explore a place for families and residents to spend time together, with circulation, servicing and daily operation considered.
Family waiting areas
Bring comfort, privacy and a cohesive interior together through a planned refurbishment.
Some homes need one focused intervention. Others benefit from a coordinated scheme. We explain why each recommendation is worth considering before developing an agreed brief through design, supply and installation.
SEE WHAT YOU COULD RECEIVE
Two design directions. The same thoughtful process.
These demonstration booklets use fictional scenarios. No site visit has taken place, and the interiors are illustrations rather than completed projects.
